Planned Parenthood’s contempt for Black people extends to other groups

For years, pro-life advocates have lamented the fact that abortion providers routinely locate their centers in Black and other minority neighborhoods.

They have no problem seeking out minority populations for the extermination of their unborn babies, much like Planned  Parenthood's infamous founder, Margaret Sanger, spoke of her hope to, "exterminate the Negro population."

Now comes the news that Planned Parenthood of Illinois will pay a $500,000 settlement after a U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) investigation.

Following complaints by multiple employees and the subsequent EEOC investigation, there was reasonable cause to believe the abortion giant took part in unlawful discrimination and harassment against white employees, including harassment, derogatory remarks, and unequal treatment in employment.

From the EEOC report:

Planned Parenthood of Illinois (Planned Parenthood) violated federal law when they segregated employees by race, subjected white employees to harassment, and engaged in disparate treatment against white employees regarding terms, conditions, and privileges of employment.

Planned Parenthood had compulsory “affinity caucuses” that were segregated by race, the report said, in which employees of other races were not permitted to participate.

Further from the report:

In addition to racially harassing statements made by a Planned Parenthood manager, Planned Parenthood demanded that all employees attend DEI-related training sessions which involved repeated harassing and derogatory statements targeting white employees, including that they “are White and do not feel racism the same way non-White patients feel,” and that “white supremacy is exerted at every level of oppression (individual, interpersonal, organizational, and societal).”

It doesn’t end there.

Staff were required to attend one to two-hour sessions each week of either the segregated racial affinity caucuses or DEI training. Planned Parenthood also denied white employees access to time off that it permitted only for Black employees.

In other words, Planned Parenthood engaged in unlawful discrimination and harassment against white employees.

“Segregating employees by race violates the core promise of our nation’s civil rights laws,” EEOC Chair Andrea Lucas said. “Title VII guarantees equal treatment for every employee and prohibits race discrimination in America’s workplaces. Those protections equally apply to white workers.”

Title VII is part of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the landmark law that ended legal segregation and outlawed discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin in the United States.

In addition to having to pay $500,000 the settlement requires Planned Parenthood of Illinois to remove the manager who oversaw the abortion center at the time the violations occurred.

The nation’s largest abortion business is apparently fine with racism against as long as it benefits them.

Their predation on Black Americans is well documented. From Students for Life of America’s Planned Parenthood Racism page:

Almost 80% of Planned Parenthood’s abortion facilities are located in minority neighborhoods. Eighty-eight percent of its new “mega facilities” are located within walking distance of minority neighborhoods.

  • Black women have the highest abortion rate by far (nearly half of pregnancies end in abortion in many places).
  • The abortion ratio is 401 abortions per 1,000 live births.
  • In recent years in some cities, like New York, more black babies were aborted than born. Thankfully, this has changed (at least in NYC) and Black births now outnumber Black abortions in the city.
  • In America today, Black babies are now 3.4 times as likely to be aborted as white babies, which is thankfully down from previous figures.
  • About 12% of Americans are Black, roughly half of whom are women. Yet they are sold about 34% of all abortions.
  • More Black Americans have died from abortion than from AIDS, accidents, violent crimes, cancer, and heart disease combined. It’s estimated that 19 million Black babies have been killed by abortion since its legalization.
  • Since 1973, abortion has reduced the Black population by over 25%. *

Aside from the specific assault on the Black community, Planned Parenthood overall took the lives of 434,450 unborn children via abortion in 2024–2025, an 8% jump from the prior year (and still gets paid handsomely by U.S. taxpayers to do it - $832 million last year an increase of $39.8 million over the previous year).

Is it any wonder that they treat their employees with the same lack of regard for their humanity?
